She does not  want to be stressed or bother family and friends with day of coordination details ; she wants the freedom to enjoy her big day . Here is a glimpse of what we offer to secure your peace of mind:

•Pre-wedding visit to ceremony and reception venue

•Creation of wedding day timeline and schedule

•Wedding party correspondence with final instructions

•Confirmation of vendor schedules and services

•Direction of rehearsal  (wedding party lineup, positioning, entrance, and exit—1 hr)

•Arrival onsite 2 hours prior to scheduled ceremony

•Coordination of ceremony and reception

•Orchestrate / Cue musicians and other professionals with a role in the ceremony

•Facilitate bridal party processional, recessional, and post-ceremony pictures

•Main point of contact for issue management

•Facilitate wedding party introductions at reception  (if applicable)

•Orchestrate/Cue the entertainment professionals (DJ, Band, etc.)

•Facilitate reception events ( grand entrance. First dance, toast, cake cutting, etc..)

•Distribute flowers, corsages, and boutonnieres to bridal party and pin as necessary

•Emergency kit” –for the unexpected (safety pins, bobby pins, finger nail polish, super glue, hair spray, sewing kit, scissors, band -aids,  static guard, water, snack)
